This soup is incredible! To start I will say that my oldest granddaughter, came home from a walk, in the hallway yelled: "Grandma, HOW do you smell great!" And then I for the first time since she started kindergarten at age three (she is now almost 8) he saw a completely empty, almost licked the plate. However, I can honestly say that the youngest granddaughter, which is 4 years, soup was not too pleased. Rancho Canario (rancho canario) – a thick soup from the kitchen of the Canary Islands, has no single recipe, and every family prepares it in their own way. The ingredients can be different sorts of meat, pork ribs, pasta, tomatoes, saffron and of course the chickpeas - garbanzo beans. Served with a special kind of bread made of corn flour, mixed with water, with the addition of pieces of cheese, under the name of gofio.
