Under this name I saw this recipe on the website Grub. ru. Loved the title and I went to Google. What I googled did not correspond with the proposed prescription. It turned out that the classic recipe soup "Cocido" this is something different, if not completely different. However, as any well-known national meals history, the soup "Cocido" there are many options. "Cocido" in Spanish, actually means "brew". The main thing in this soup is sooo a large number of different meat: beef shank, veal, blood sausage, chorizo. And the obligatory beans or chickpeas depending on the region. The dish is very hearty, very suitable for winter, and this is evident in the ingredients. Spanish soup "cocido" - a favorite dish of the great squire of don Quixote – Sancho Panza.
