Salad "Triple toe loop"
On new year's eve many probably put a dish of traditional salads: herring under a fur coat. Coat – a good thing, and herring not worse. But for Siberia, for example, on the fierce winter weather and a sheepskin coat at the time. Yes, even triple. The ancestor of this salad that we called "Triple toe loop" (nothing to do with figure skating!), was, of course, she, a herring under a fur coat. But the differences are many – I think you'll find. White salmon in any form today is not easy to find – you can replace it with another noble river fish, except sturgeon. Step-by-step photography I, unfortunately, did not.
