Summer mono-diet — menu is:

the 1st day. 1 kg of any fruit (one species, one variety) or a liter of freshly squeezed fruit juice without sugar.

3rd day. 1 kg of raw vegetables (tomatoes, exclude) or litre of any vegetable juice (including tomato) no salt and seasonings.
4 th day. Zucchini, weighing about 1 kg stewed with a little water without salt;
5 th day. A liter of milk or 500 gr. fresh cottage cheese;
6th day. The oatmeal (from 200 gr. up to 500 gr. of dry product), cooked with water, without oil, salt, sugar, spices;
7th day. 1 kg of any fruit (one species, one variety) or a liter of freshly squeezed fruit juice without sugar, or watermelon, or cantaloupe.
