The two-day diet to cleanse the body

Before you begin this diet, you need to prepare the body for a comfortable ocici. A few days before cleansing diets exclude consumption of sugar, alcohol, caffeine, vegetable oils, dairy products and meat.

The two-day diet detox menu is:

1 day

After a walk: 1 tbsp. of herbal tea.

After lunch: sleep, or passive rest.
Snack: 1 tbsp. of herbal tea or fresh fruit juice. (if hunger is very strong — Siesta Apple).
pre-dinner: go to the pool or take a stroll in the fresh air.
Dinner (not later than 18 hours): any boiled vegetables and greens.
At night: take a bath with sea salt or essential oils (after — 1 tbsp. mineral water).

Day 2

After sleep: 1 tbsp. mineral water with a slice of lemon.
Before Breakfast: an invigorating shower.
Breakfast: fruit salad, water.
After Breakfast: walk.
Lunch: 250-300 g of salad from fresh vegetables with lemon-olive dressing.
After lunch: light exercise. You can go to the sauna.
After the sauna: 2 tbsp. of mineral water and passive recreation.
Snack: 1 tbsp. of herbal tea or fresh fruit juice.
Dinner: steamed vegetables with parsley or rosemary.
After dinner: passive recreation and aromatic bath.
