Fasting is the diet during the passage of the which reduced caloric intake. From fasting days it is duration – usually fasting is a diet from 3 days and more. Offer you 3 choices for this method of weight loss.

The fasting diet for 3 days

Fasting diet, designed for 3 days, consists of 3 mono-diet and takes 2-3 kg of excess weight. Offered in the products menu you need spread evenly over 5 meals.

This set of products is divided by 5 days (i.e. every day you will eat an Apple, egg, tomato, cucumber, and 100 grams of cheese and 200 grams of cottage cheese). If desired, to Supplement the diet can onions, garlic, celery, broccoli, white cabbage, parsley and other greens. Products are allowed to combine in any way. Fasting diet for 7 days

Monday & Thursday

• Lunch: 250 g vegetarian soup without the contents, 150 g of vegetable salad, a slice of bread
• Dinner: 150 g boiled fish, a slice of rye bread
• Dinner: porridge with water – 100 g, 30 g of rye bread, 100 ml low-fat milk

Tuesday and Friday
• Breakfast: egg, hard-boiled, 130 g of vegetable salad, seasoned with lemon juice and vegetable oil, a slice of rye bread and 10 g butter
• lunch: 200 ml low-fat milk, a slice of black bread
• lunch: a vegetarian soup without the contents of 250 g, 140 g of salad, 100 g of boiled meat, a slice of black bread
• Snack: 100 g low-fat cottage cheese
• Dinner: 140 g vegetable salad, 200 ml low-fat milk, a slice of rye bread

Wednesday and Saturday
• Breakfast: 15 g of hard cheese 135 g of vegetable salad, a slice of rye bread, 10 g butter, 10 g of honey
• lunch: slice of rye bread, 100 ml low-fat milk
• Dinner: 250 grams of vegetarian soup without the contents, 160 g vegetable salad, 100 boiled meat, a slice of rye bread
• Dinner: 150 g low-fat cottage cheese
• Dinner: 160 grams of vegetable salad, a slice of black bread, 10 g butter, tea.

Sunday
• Fasting day on any of the products (caloric intake should not exceed 600 kcal)

Reviews

Short-term fasting diet tolerated quite easily – most importantly, during its passage to drink sufficient amount of water without gas (it helps to control appetite).
