This diet is designed for 14 days (there is an option which is only 7 days). Menu recommended to follow it exactly – it is believed that even minor changes can reduce the rate of weight loss. This diet not supplemented with vitamin-mineral complex. The fact that eggs are rich in vitamins (A, K, E, H, B, PP) and minerals (iron, zinc, iodine, fluorine). As for the liquid diet, it should be abundant (in the priority water and unsweetened teas). The rate of weight loss individual – on average, takes 5-7 kg.

Diet calls for only 3 meals a day, snacks are eliminated (which, according to nutritionists, is fundamentally wrong). Under the full ban animal fats, sugar, coffee, alcohol. Vegetables recommended to eat raw, but they can be boiled. The eggs should cook soft-boiled – so they are easier to digest.

Daily Breakfast in this diet includes eggs (1-2 pieces) and half the fruit of grapefruit. Start with a meal is recommended with grapefruit (this, again, is contrary to common sense – acid is not the best way affects the mucosa of the empty stomach). Allowed to eat fruit: plums, pears, apples, watermelons, oranges, grapefruits.

Week No. 1

Monday
• Lunch: 1 kind of fruit (before saturation)
• Dinner: boiled beef (200 g) – any low-fat varieties, with the exception of mutton

Tuesday
• Lunch: white chicken (without skin) — you can roast it on the grill or cook
• Dinner: boiled eggs (2 PCs), salad with peppers, cucumber, tomato and carrots, toast, fruit (grapefruit or orange)

Environment
• Lunch: tomato or salad, and white cheese and toast
• Dinner: serving of lean meat (200 g)

Thursday
• Lunch: 1 kind of fruit (before saturation)
• Dinner: serving of lean meat (200 g), leaf salad

Friday
• Lunch: 1 kind of vegetable (choice of: beans, zucchini, green peas, carrots) boiled or steam form, and eggs (2 PCs)
• Dinner: lettuce, steam or boiled low-fat fish fruit (orange or grapefruit)

Saturday
• Lunch: 1 kind of fruit (you can eat before saturation)
• Dinner: 200 g low-fat meat (except lamb) — it can boil or fry on the grill

Sunday
• Dinner: tomatoes or a salad of them, boiled chicken, steamed veggies and fruit (grapefruit, orange – your choice)
• Dinner: steamed veggies

Week No. 2

Monday
• Lunch: 200 g of lean meat (except for lamb) — it can boil or fry on the grill, and salad vegetables.
• Dinner: eggs (2 pieces), lettuce and 1 kind of fruit (choice of orange or grapefruit)

Tuesday
• Lunch: 200 g of lean meat (except for lamb) — it can boil or fry on the grill and lettuce
• Dinner: eggs (2 pieces), lettuce and fruit (choice of orange or grapefruit)

Environment
• Lunch: serving of lean meat (200 g) — it can boil or fry on the grill, and cucumber salad
• Dinner: fruit (orange or grapefruit), and eggs (2 PCs.)

Thursday
• Dinner: eggs (2 PCs.), white cheese, boiled vegetables
• Dinner: eggs (2 PCs.)

Friday
• Lunch: fish boiled (to saturation)
• Dinner: eggs (2 PCs) – for variety, you can make a steam omelette

Saturday
• Lunch and dinner (same menu): a portion of lean meat (200 g) — can boil or fry on the grill, and fresh tomatoes and fruit (choice of orange or grapefruit)

Sunday
• Lunch and dinner (same menu): chicken meat without skin (boiled or grilled), fresh tomatoes, boiled vegetables, fruit (orange or grapefruit)

Reviews

the Reviews say that the egg diet for 2 weeks many is difficult. Rather monotonous food and a large number of eggs lead to a deterioration in emotional state and physical well-being. Many of those who lose weight by this method, note that you will lose weight steadily, but soon at least partially returned.
