Briefly about the benefits of honey and egg yolk

Menu egg-honey diet

This diet is only 3 days and allows you to lose 1-3 pounds overweight. During the diet should drink plenty of unsweetened liquids.

Day # 1
• Breakfast: mixture of yolks (2 pieces) and honey (1 teaspoon) and drink unsweetened tea or coffee (it is recommended to add a slice of lemon)
• Lunch: low-fat cheese (90 g), and also drink unsweetened tea or coffee (you can add a slice of lemon and 1 tsp of honey)
• Dinner: 200-250 ml of broth, a slice of black bread, a fruit (your choice: pear, orange or Apple)
• Before bedtime: unsweetened tea with a slice of lemon

Day # 2
• Breakfast: mixture of yolks (2 pieces) and honey (1 teaspoon) and drink unsweetened tea or coffee (it is recommended to add a thin slice of lemon)
• Lunch: a mix of egg yolks (2 pieces) and honey (1 tsp), and 100 g low-fat cottage cheese and unsweetened drink — tea or coffee (you can add a slice of lemon)
• Dinner: fish or meat boiled (150 g), salad of green vegetables, tea with a slice of lemon

Day # 3
• Breakfast: mixture of yolks (2 pieces) and honey (1 teaspoon) and drink unsweetened tea or coffee (it is recommended to add a slice of lemon)
• Dinner: low-fat cheese (50 g) and a slice of rye bread, unsweetened drink — tea or coffee (you can add a slice of lemon and 1 tsp honey), lettuce with lemon juice
• Dinner: non-starchy vegetables, boiled (300 g), egg and tea with slices of lemon and 1 tsp honey

Contraindications

Diet is contraindicated in case of individual sensitivity to bee products or egg yolks. You should not resort to it in case of cholecystitis, diabetes, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and liver.

Reviews
