This diet allows to lose in one week from two to four pounds. Its advantage is that the diet are affordable products: vegetables and fruits rich in vitamins. The only thing graceful diet is not suitable too running, as the menu is painted on the clock. We can say that this diet is for Housewives. The diet should exclude sugar, potatoes, carrots, beets and beans. Dairy products need to use low fat. In salads, use the sauce: teaspoonful of olive oil mixed with juice of one lemon. Water on this diet, drink at least 2 liters a day, better if it is mineral water, herbal teas, fruit compote of dried apricots, rose hips broth or green tea.

Graceful diet menu is:

The first day

7.30 — two kiwi fruit.
8.00 — oatmeal with milk.
10.00 — portion of fat-free yogurt, a Cup of tea or coffee.
11.00 — an Apple.
13.00 — green salad, dressed with olive oil and lemon juice;
15.00 — 80 g. boiled chicken breast, 100 gr. cauliflower, 2 slices of cheese;
17.00 — pear;
19.00 — a glass of cabbage broth.
19.30 — omelet of two eggs, bio yogurt.

The second day

7.30 — orange.
8.00 — buckwheat;
10.00 — toast of wholemeal bread (with bran) with unsweetened jam, a Cup of tea or coffee.
11.00 — an Apple.
13.00 — 100 gr. boiled lean fish;
15.00 — stewed vegetables, salad, bio yogurt.
17.00 — pear;
19.00 — a glass of cabbage broth.
19.30 — green salad with dressing, fat-free curd, bio yogurt.

The third day

7: 30 am — half a Cup of fresh juice and half a Cup of water;
8.00 — oatmeal with milk.
10.00 — portion of fat-free yogurt, a Cup of tea or coffee;
11.00 — an Apple.
13.00 — 100 gr. boiled veal;
15.00 — salad, stewed vegetables, three slices of cheese;
17.00 — 4 almonds, three hazelnuts, walnuts.
19.00 — a glass of cabbage broth.
19.30 — cauliflower, baked with cheese, bio yogurt.

The fourth day

7.30 — two clementines;
8.00 — barley porridge with milk.
10.00 — the portion of low-fat yogurt, bread flour, a Cup of tea or coffee;
11.00 — an Apple.
13.00 — 100 gr. boiled squids;
15.00 — green salad, stewed eggplants, two slices of cheese.
17.00 — 4 pieces of dried apricots and prunes;
19.00 — fried eggs with tomatoes.
19.30 — boiled vegetables, bio yogurt.

The fifth day

10.00 — toast of wholemeal bread (with bran) with unsweetened jam, a Cup of tea or coffee.

19.00 — a glass of cabbage broth.
19.30 — tomatoes, baked with cheese, low fat cottage cheese.

The sixth day

7.30 — orange.
8.00 — buckwheat;
10.00 — the portion of low-fat yogurt, bread flour, a Cup of tea or coffee;
11.00 — an Apple.
13.00 — stewed vegetables.
15.00 — 100 g of boiled fish, green salad, a slice of cheese;
17.00 — 4 almonds, three hazelnuts, walnuts.
19.00 — scrambled eggs with mushrooms;
19.30 — stewed vegetables, green salad.

The seventh day

1,5 kg of apples for the entire day (divided into 6 doses).
