Diet Julia Roberts — the menu is as follows:

Before Breakfast, immediately after waking: 350 ml mineral water.

Breakfast: 100 grams of boiled salmon, small portion of oatmeal on the water, green Apple, 350 ml of mineral water.

Afternoon tea: 250 grams of canned salmon, salad of lettuce with olive oil and lemon juice, 350 ml of mineral water.
