Features sparing diet

This diet is 4 weeks. In the diet are vegetables and fruits. Sources of protein are meat, eggs and dairy products. Fats come from vegetable and butter. Liquid diet includes juice, tea and water without gas. On the diet should give up sugar, animal fats, and alcohol.

Menu sparing diet

For each week of the diet developed 2 options menu (need to alternate by days).

Week No. 1

• Breakfast: grain bun and warm milk with 1 tsp. honey
• Second Breakfast: tea, toast of black bread, some butter and a stalk of celery
• Lunch: vegetable soup, 200 g of boiled beef, potatoes, a stalk of celery, beet
• Snack: toast of black bread and fresh tomatoes
• Dinner: 250 ml yogurt, toast of black bread, a bit of butter and a stalk of celery

• the First Breakfast: tea, toast of black bread, a little butter and parsley
• Second Breakfast: 250 ml of yogurt, toast of black bread, celery and radishes
• Lunch: low-fat broth, 200 g steam fish, potatoes, greens celery and parsley, leaf lettuce
• Snack: biscuit and a freshly prepared fruit juice
• Dinner: warm milk minimum fat, 2 toast of black bread, 1 tsp. honey

Week No. 2

• the First Breakfast: wheat toast, fresh juice
• Second Breakfast: toast, a slice of cheese
• Lunch: vegetable soup, steam chicken lean meat, carrot salad, jelly with liquid sweetener
• Afternoon tea: biscuit and any of the fruit
• Dinner: warm milk and toast with 1 tsp. honey

• Breakfast: toast, 2 tsp jam, tea with milk
• lunch: a pair of toast, 100 grams of boiled meat, tomato, tea
• Lunch: vegetable soup, steam fish (200 g), salad of celery and beetroot
• Snack: wheat crackers, warm milk
• Dinner: vegetable salad, 50 g low-fat cheese, tea.

Week No. 3

• the First Breakfast: coffee, toast, 1 tsp. honey
• Second Breakfast: soft-boiled egg, toast of black bread, radishes, yogurt
• Lunch: soup with mushrooms, steam beef cutlet, vegetable salad, fresh juice
• Snack: wheat crackers, anything from fruit
• Dinner: toasted bread, 150 grams of cheese, yogurt

• the First Breakfast: wheat toast, warm milk, 1 tsp. honey
• Second Breakfast: toasted rye bread (2 PCs), 100 g of lean ham, tomato, tea
• Lunch: vegetable broth, stew or steam vegetables, apples
• Afternoon tea: biscuit and any of the fruit
• Dinner: toast, 150 g steam fish, Apple, tea.

Week No. 4

• the First Breakfast: wheat toast, 1 tsp honey, tea
• lunch: celery greens, a couple of toasted rye bread, a thin layer of butter, an Apple, a little grated cheese
• Lunch: low-fat chicken broth, 150 g of boiled chicken breast, celery greens, fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes (2 tbsp), jelly with liquid sweetener
• afternoon Snack: carrot-Apple juice, dry biscuits
• Dinner: 150 g beef liver and tomatoes

• the First Breakfast: milk tea, toast, a little butter
• Second Breakfast: soft-boiled egg, toast, a little butter, greens of a celery, Apple, tea
• Lunch: lean beef broth, potatoes, boiled beans in tomato sauce, greens of a celery, an Apple
• Snack: wheat toast or a dry biscuit and yogurt
• Dinner: celery greens, broccoli, a couple of toasted rye bread, a little pate

Practice shows that light diet for 4 weeks takes 7-10 lbs. to hold the result, it is necessary to continue to maintain a reasonable dietary restrictions.
