• 200 ml of non-concentrated vegetable broth, 100 g of salad from fresh vegetables fueled by vegetable oil
• Fruit mix
• 100 g brown rice and a salad of fresh green vegetables with vegetable oil

Environment
• 200 grams of porridge made from brown or black rice (can season with cinnamon)
• Fruit mix with 0.5 tsp honey
• 200 g brown rice with vegetables, 200 g of diluted vegetable broth
• Green apples (2-3 PCs)
• 200 g brown rice with vegetables, 200 g of diluted vegetable broth

Thursday
• 200 g rice porridge with skim milk, fruit salad with 2 tsp. of oatmeal
• Oranges (2 PCs)
• Rice with steamed carrots, lettuce and radishes (the total weight of the portions – 300 g)
• Green apples (2-3 PCs)
• 200 g brown rice with chopped greens

Friday
• 200 g of cereals with the addition of prunes and raisins
• a Handful of forest or walnuts
• Steamed rice with vegetables (when cooking you can use 1 tsp. of vegetable oil and chopped greens)
• Grapefruit (0.5 units)
• 200 ml of non-concentrated vegetable broth, 150 grams of rice porridge with chopped green onions, spinach and walnuts

Saturday
• 200 grams of porridge made from brown or black rice with walnuts (4 pieces), dates (2 pieces), figs (2 pieces), fresh pear
• Green apples – 2-3 PCs.
• 200 g brown rice, seasoned with 1 tsp. vegetable oil, such as sweet pepper and cucumber (1 PCs.)
• 100 g low fat cream cheese 200 ml vegetable broth
• 200 g brown rice with added 0.5 tsp of honey, 1 teaspoon of sour cream and grated Apple

Sunday
• 200 ml yogurt, 200 g brown rice (you can add grated fruits — Apple and pear)
• Oranges – 2 PCs.
• Rice porridge with boiled white beans, lettuce and tomato (total portion weight 200 g)
• 200 ml vegetable broth 100 g of fresh vegetable salad
• 200 g brown rice, cooked with zucchini and Basil (you can use olive oil), 200 ml vegetable broth
