Rapid weight loss – a serious stress for our body. Is it worth risking your health? The answer is simple: if fast and effective diet to be used 1-2 times per year, then serious consequences can not be afraid, but the abuse of blitz techniques to anything good will not. Below we list some of the effective nutrition plans — use them only in rare cases.

A strict diet

the Most effective and fast diet will take 1-3 days. Set of products for the day:
• Lemon – 1 PC.
• Apples – 4 PCs.
• Boiled meat (low-fat) – 200 g
• Rye crackers – 3 PCs
• Water – 1.5-2 l

• Breakfast: coffee (tea), egg, hard-boiled, slice low-fat cheese, rye toast
• Lunch: 250 ml of tomato juice, 100 g boiled chicken fillet, fresh cucumber
• Snack: low – fat dairy drink 200-250 ml
• Dinner: 100 g steam fish with vegetables (vegetables can be baked, boiled or eaten raw)

"Colorful" diet for 7 days

This method combines mono on the proteins and carbohydrates (hence the name).

• Day 1: 1.5 liters of water and any vegetables (except potatoes). They can be subjected to heat treatment (boil, bake) or eating fresh.
• Day # 2: 2-2.5 liters of water and 300 g of boiled meat (it should be divided into 3-4 servings).
• Day # 3: 1.5-2 l of water and eggs – 6 PCs. (can be boiled or eaten in the form of steam omelet).
• Day # 4: 2-2.5 liters of water and 300 g of boiled meat (it should be divided into 3-4 servings).
• Day # 5: 2-2.5 liters of water and 400 g of boiled or steamed fish (the fish should be distributed to 3-4 servings).
• Days 6 and 7: 1 kg of fruit and 1.5 l of water.

Vegetarian diet for 2-4 days

This fast and very effective diet over a few days will save you from 1.5-2 kg of excess weight. The following is the menu for 2 days. If you wish, you can extend the diet for up to 4 days.

Day # 1
• Breakfast and lunch: salad made of orange, Apple, a few grapes, cubes of pineapple (portion weight – not more than 400 g), and water
• lunch and snack: camomile tea and a salad made of grapefruit, a few grapes, kiwi and Apple
• Dinner: banana, chamomile tea

Day # 2
• Breakfast: carrot juice with a pinch of pepper, tomatoes, grilled, herbs, water
• lunch: broth hips salad, prepared with cucumber, radishes, celery and cabbage with a dressing of olive oil and lemon juice
• Lunch: steamed veggies (zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower), chamomile tea
• Dinner: freshly prepared juice from vegetables

Diet on 900 calories a day

This quick and highly effective diet is designed for 3 days. Caloric intake is reduced to 900 kcal. Throughout the day you're supposed to drink 8-10 cups of liquid. The products can replace similar products – it is important to consider their energy value.

• Breakfast: toast, 2 tbsp peanut butter and green tea (option 2: boiled egg, wholegrain bread and tea)
• Second Breakfast: half a fruit of grapefruit or a banana
Lunch: 100 g boiled fish, toast and radishes (option 2: 1 tbsp. grainy cottage cheese, radishes, dill, and crackers)
• Dinner: grain bread, 100 grams of cooked smoky fillet with soy sauce, 1 tbsp. boiled string beans and boiled beets (option 2: 1 tbsp. steam broccoli, 0.5 tbsp. of grated carrots, whole grain bread and a slice of lean ham)
• Before sleep: small Apple or soaked in water prunes
