Briefly about the benefits of products diet

Deciding to go on a diet, please note the unpolished (brown) rice – bran contains much of the useful elements (dietary fiber, minerals, vitamins). Ground barley is much less useful (in fact, it is only as a receptacle of carbohydrates, of which about 80%). In the pic there is 8% protein (rice protein contains 8 essential amino acids). Brown rice, perfectly cleanses the body, removes excess moisture, provides long-term saturation.

Yogurt – digestible fermented drink. It stimulates digestion, normalizes intestinal microflora, cleanses the body. In addition to high quality milk protein, this product contains carbohydrates, fats, fatty and organic acids, vitamins (A, PP, C, N, b group) and minerals (magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, sulfur, zinc, iron, iodine, fluorine).

Diet for 9 days

the Days of No. 1, 2, 3
• throughout the day: water, 3 servings of 100 g unsalted porridge of rice and 3 tbsp of yogurt
• the Days № 4, 5, 6: water, 1-1.5 liters of yogurt and 500 grams of cooked lean meat (salt is eliminated, you can replace meat with fish)
• the Days number 7, 8, 9: 1 kg of apples, still water and 1-1.5 liters of kefir

weight Loss while on a diet leaves on average 4-7 kg.

The rice-fruit diet for 7 days

the Daily menu is not very diverse. Average weight loss 7 days – 3-6 kg.

• Breakfast: a serving of rice porridge — 100 g yogurt – 250 ml
• lunch: a portion of porridge — 100 g boiled meat 150 g (meat can be replaced with fish)
• Dinner: serving of cereal, 50 g salad of leafy vegetables with olive oil and lemon juice
• Before bedtime (optional): kefir – 250 ml
• throughout the day: sparkling water – 1.5 l

Diet for 3 days

Day # 1
• Breakfast: large Apple and 1 tbsp of yogurt
• Lunch: 1 tbsp. of yogurt and 100 g low-fat cottage cheese
• Dinner: 2 tbsp rice porridge without oil, Apple, herbal broth

Day # 2
• Breakfast: large Apple and 1 tbsp of yogurt
• Dinner: 100 grams of rice porridge without oil and 100 ml of yogurt
• Dinner: a large Apple, 100 grams of rice porridge without oil and 1 tbsp of yogurt
• Late dinner: Apple

Day # 3
• Breakfast: rice porridge without butter – 100 g and 100 ml of yogurt
• Lunch and dinner (same menu): 100 g of boiled meat (you can substitute with fish) and 100 g of porridge made from rice
• Before sleep: 100 ml of yogurt or 2 tbsp of rice cereal


Diet of rice and yogurt contraindicated in:
— in functional disorders of the digestive system;
— stomach ulcer;
— with excessive secretion of gastric juice.


All 3 diet quickly reduced weight, but according to reviews, keep the result obtained is extremely difficult.
