2. 200 g of boiled meat, cucumbers – 4 PCs., tomatoes – 3 PCs., toast, fruit (your choice: Apple, pear, melon, orange, grapefruit)
3. A plate of boiled vegetables, a spoon of grainy cottage cheese, cucumbers – 2 PCs., tomatoes – 2 PCs., toast, grapefruit or orange
4. Half chicken, cucumber, tomatoes – 3 PCs., toast, orange or grapefruit
5. A couple boiled eggs, lettuce, tomatoes – 3 PCs., grapefruit or orange
6. Boiled chicken fillet (2 PCs.), 125 g cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers (2 PCs.), toast, orange or grapefruit, and sour milk
7. 1 tbsp grainy cottage cheese, canned tuna without oil, a plate of boiled vegetables, tomatoes and cucumbers (2 PCs.), toast, grapefruit or orange

Egg diet for 4 weeks is a tough technique to lose weight – it does not allow even the slightest concessions. If you are not confident in their abilities – look for a more reasonable and balanced nutrition plan.
