• Dinner: cucumber salad with greens and vegetable oil-100-150 g of boiled beef (on different days you can alternate meat, chicken and fish), freshly made fruit juice
• Afternoon tea: 1 tbsp of yogurt
• Dinner: steam or stew vegetables, green tea and fruit
• Before bed: low fat yogurt
