Briefly about the benefits of dairy products

Yogurt and cottage cheese contain fats, proteins, carbohydrates, minerals (lead phosphorus, calcium, potassium, magnesium). They contain vitamins E, PP, group b and provitamin A. Lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria present in the fermented milk products, milk protein break down and promote absorption of lactose (milk sugar) – yogurt and cottage cheese does not overload the digestive system. Seven-day diet

Such a diet repeats the previous menu, but supplemented unsweetened fruit or fresh vegetables (1kg a day). Diet – fraction. Weight loss is 3-4 kg.

Diet for 3 weeks

This variant of the diet has a more balanced menu. For 3 weeks you can lose about 7-8 kg.

• Breakfast: low-fat cottage cheese – 200 g fruit puree
• Second Breakfast: yogurt
• Lunch: 100 grams of lean meat, boiled (in the following days, you can replace it with fish or chicken) and a portion of porridge without oil and leafy salad (assortment of vegetables can be changed)
• afternoon Snack: yogurt
• Dinner: 100 g of cottage cheese, Apple or other fruit and green tea (in the following days, you can replace the cottage cheese other vegetable protein products)
• Before sleep: yogurt

Contraindications

the Main contraindication is intolerance to basic foods diet. This method of weight loss should be avoided in peptic ulcer disease, gastritis with high acidity, as well as in the case of serious violations of the kidneys and the liver.
