Hungry tea diet

This diet involves drinking only fluids. The priority are herbal teas, but are also allowed to drink vegetable broth unsalted. Needless to say, and the water should not be forgotten.

At home this diet you can devote 1-3 days. Prolonged fasting is allowed to exercise only under medical supervision. Every day diet takes 0.5-1 kg.

Starvation diet for a week

This diet lasts a week and allows you to lose 4-7 kg.

• Monday: 100 g boiled chicken fillet (it should be divided into several portions) and non-carbonated water – 2 l
• Tuesday: 100 grams of low fat cream cheese (it needs to be divided into several portions) 250 ml low-fat milk and non-carbonated water – 2 l
• Wednesday: baked potato – 5 pieces, unsweetened green tea – 500 ml, water
• Thursday: 1.5 kg of sweet-sour Apple and 2 liters of carbonated water
• Friday: 100 g low-fat cottage cheese (it should be divided into several portions) 250 ml low-fat milk and non-carbonated water – 2 l
• Saturday: 100 g boiled chicken fillet (it should be divided into several portions) and non-carbonated water – 2 l
• Sunday: a hard-boiled egg (2 PCs.) and 250 ml of green tea with lemon (Breakfast); banana and 250 ml of milk (lunch); 80 g roasted beef, salad, broth hips, orange (dinner)

Hungry four day diet

This version of the diet for 4 days, the average loss of weight: 2-4 kg.

Day # 1
• Breakfast and dinner (same menu): orange, boiled eggs (1-2 pieces), unsweetened tea
• Lunch: soaked in water prunes – 8 PCs.

Day # 2
• Breakfast: low-fat cheese and unsweetened tea
• Lunch: orange, boiled eggs (1-2 pieces), unsweetened tea
• Dinner: 250 ml low-fat milk and pear

Day # 3
• Breakfast: 500 ml of warm tea
• Lunch: cucumber, tomato, slice of low-fat cheese
• Dinner: 250 ml low-fat milk

Day # 4
• Breakfast: muesli with low-fat yogurt
• Lunch: cucumber, tomato, slice low-fat cheese
• Dinner: oranges – 2 PCs.

every day you should drink at least one and a half liters of still water.

Hungry barley diet

• Day # 1: every 2 hours – unsalted barley porridge without butter, and green Apple
• Day # 2: every 2 hours – unsalted barley porridge without butter with the addition of banana slices and Apple
• Day # 3: every 2 hours – unsalted barley porridge without butter with the addition of steamed raisins (evening portion of porridge, you can substitute low-fat cream cheese)
• Day # 4: every 2-3 hours – unsalted barley porridge without oil with a few slices of orange or Mandarin (evening dose can be replaced by cooked beef)
• Day # 5: 200 g of grapes (all day), and unsalted barley porridge without oil
• Day # 6: dried apricots (2 PCs.) and 250 ml of water with 1 tsp of honey (instead of Breakfast) as well as unsalted barley porridge without oil (evening portion you can substitute boiled eggs)
• Day # 7: dried apricots (2 PCs.) and 250 ml of water with 1 tsp of honey (instead of Breakfast) as well as unsalted barley porridge without butter
