Recommendations diet

Duration – 1-2 weeks. On the following menu you can also arrange fasting days. Every day should drink 2 liters of still water and unsweetened herbal teas. The first Cup of liquid is recommended to drink immediately after waking up. In summer, rate of fluid should slightly increase.

Every day you need to eat 3 servings of porridge of brown rice (for cooking each batch used 60 g of dry grains). This cereal helps to cleanse the body. Mandatory products include:
• Vegetable soup
• Fruits – 100 g daily (if they are not specified in menu, then you should eat fruits instead of snacks)
• Olive oil – 1 tbsp daily
• Vegetables 300-400 g daily.

To prepare the vegetable broth used 300 g of assorted vegetables (carrots, celery, onions, cabbage, etc.) and 1 liter of water. Cook the broth on low heat for 25-30 minutes, then remove from the heat, add a large amount of greens (any variety, to taste), insist 30 minutes, strain and put in refrigerator.

Diet diet for cleaning the body (menu)

Day # 1
• Breakfast: diet cereal with the addition of grated Apple, zest and juice of a lemon
• Lunch: vegetable broth, vegetable porridge with chopped greens and a salad of green vegetables
• Dinner: vegetable porridge, celery root, carrots, greens, vegetable broth

Day # 2
• Breakfast: vegetable porridge with orange zest and 1 tsp sour cream, fruit
• Lunch and dinner (same menu): a vegetable broth, steam vegetables, lean porridge

Day # 3
• Breakfast: vegetable porridge flavored with cinnamon or zest and a large pear
• Lunch: vegetable porridge, stewed in vegetable oil mushrooms (100-150 g), vegetable broth, cucumber salad with greens, seasoned with wine vinegar and oil
• Dinner: vegetable broth with chopped greens, vegetable porridge, steam broccoli

Day # 4
• Breakfast: precast fruit salad with 1 tbsp rice cereal, vegetable cereal and 150-200 ml of low-fat milk
• Dinner: dish of rice and carrots, steamed lettuce, radish, broth
• Dinner: lean boiled with parsley and sunflower seeds, vegetable broth

Day # 5
• Breakfast: vegetable porridge with raisins and 1 teaspoon almonds
• Lunch: lean porridge with steamed vegetables, chopped herbs, olive oil
• Dinner: steam spinach, vegetable porridge with walnuts (1 tbsp), green onion and grated celery

Day # 6
• Breakfast: vegetable porridge with the addition of dates (2 PCs), nuts (1 tbsp), ginger (1-2 pieces)
• Lunch: vegetable porridge, salad with cucumber, bell pepper, mint leaves, parsley and vegetable oil
• Dinner: lean porridge with honey, Apple and sour cream, vegetable broth

Day 7
• Breakfast: vegetable porridge with honey, grated Apple, lemon juice and plain yogurt
• Lunch: vegetable porridge, a tomato, steam the green beans, vegetable broth
• Dinner: lean porridge with the addition of chopped olives and Basil, steam zucchini, vegetable broth
