Before the diet is necessary to clean the bowel using enemas or natural laxatives. If the passage of the diet for sedentary workers will have trouble with a chair, it is also possible to resort to forced cleansing.

Diet menu (first 3 weeks):

Monday

• Lunch: boiled lean meat or lean ham (100 g), Dutch cheese (100 g), a Cup of low-fat broth, brown bread (100 g)
• Dinner: boiled eggs (2 PCs.)

Environment
• Breakfast: apples, oranges, or peaches (2 PCs)
• Lunch: vegetable soup, seasoned with 1 tsp. vegetable oil
• Dinner: salad no dressing, made with tomato (3 pieces) and cucumber (2 PCs.) tea with honey

Thursday
• Breakfast: coffee with low-fat milk, Dutch cheese (100 g)
• Dinner: boiled fish, lean ham or boiled meat (100 g), boiled eggs (2 PCs.) and black bread (100 g)
• Dinner: 250 ml of low-fat yogurt

Friday
• Breakfast: rye bread (100 g) honey (1 tsp), butter (20 g), coffee with low-fat milk
• Lunch: boiled lean meat or lean ham (100 g), cheese (100 g), a Cup of low-fat broth, brown bread (100 g)
• Dinner: boiled eggs (2 PCs.)

Saturday
• Breakfast: apples, oranges, or peaches (2 PCs)

• Friday: still mineral water (1.5 l), Dutch cheese (0.5 kg)
• Saturday: boiled eggs (2 PCs.), milk (1 l), steamed fish
• Sunday: Dutch cheese (1 kg), dry red wine (1 bottle)
