Diet "Eggs and oranges"

Oranges are rich in vitamins and minerals (especially a lot of them are ascorbic acid, calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, phosphorus). Fruits enhance immunity, improve intestinal motility, helping to remove excess liquid, speed up the metabolism. The caloric value of 100 grams of citrus is 43 kcal.

Another component of the diet is eggs. Calorie of 1 egg on average 74 calories. This product contains almost all the necessary minerals and vitamins. Eggs are proteins and fats, necessary for normal functioning of the body. Nuts support the feeling of satiety.

Contraindications

Diet, based on are eggs and oranges, is contraindicated in hypersensitive to the components menu, as well as diseases of the excretory and digestive systems.

The diet for 5 days

This diet is characterized by recurrent Breakfast. All 5 days, they will consist of a Cup of coffee, a biscuit (diet bread) and orange. Daily diet includes 2 meals they planned for the holidays.

1. For lunch eat an egg, bread and diet orange drink 1 tbsp. of yogurt low fat. The meal consists of 2 eggs, a biscuit and 2 tomatoes.

2. For dinner again eat the egg, dietary bread, and an orange drink 1 tbsp. kefir or yogurt low fat. For dinner, boil the beef (150 g), and eat at 1st orange, tomato, and croutons. Drink 1 tbsp. of plain yogurt.

3. For lunch eat egg diet-bread, orange drink 2 tbsp. of yogurt low fat. For dinner once again allowed to eat 150 grams of meat (you can make a steak). Complement the meal with yogurt, orange and biscuit.

4. For lunch eat a serving of low-fat cottage cheese (150 g), add to the morning diet orange, cucumber, diet bread. The evening meal consists of meat (150 g) 2 tomatoes, croutons.

5. Friday lunch consists of boiled fish fillet (200 g), 2 tomatoes, lettuce, yogurt (2 tbsp.). Dinner supposed to eat 2 tomatoes, egg and lettuce.

Diet for a week

Egg-orange diet for 7 days allows you to lose 5-6 kg of excess weight, but to sustain it is difficult. A specified rate of products should be divided into 5-6 servings.

1. Menu of the day consists of 2 oranges, same amount of tomatoes, grain bread, handfuls of herbs, 2 tbsp. yogurt, tea without sugar and water.

2. Menu the previous day and is complemented by boiled eggs (2 PCs.) Otherwise it remains the same.

3. Menu 1st day needs to be supplemented with boiled meat (150 g).

4. Menu of the day consists of 2 x oranges, 2 eggs, same amount of tomatoes, grain bread, handfuls of herbs, 2 tbsp. yogurt, tea without sugar and water.

5. Instead of eggs, eat 150 grams of cottage cheese (the rest of the diet remains the same).

6. As the protein component menu again eat eggs (everything else remains the same).

7. Can leave in the diet eggs, or replace them with boiled fish (200 g). Otherwise completely repeat the diet.
