Effective diet for 10 days can be based on different products. Any of the following meal plans allows you to lose appreciable excess weight (5-8 kg).

Protein-carbohydrate diet for 10 days

After any of the above diets, you can't just go to your normal diet. If you wish to save the result, increase the calorie content of meals gradually. Refrain from eating fried foods, sweets, pickles, alcohol.
