Diet models helps to lose weight quickly – this is what is required of the stars of the catwalk before the fashion show. However, the following variants of the diet may turn people far from this popular profession.

Diet models 3 days

the diet will have to give up carbohydrates, fats, salt, and alcohol.

Daily diet

• Breakfast: egg, soft-boiled
• Lunch and dinner: 175 g low-fat cottage cheese (it is possible to replace 150 grams of cooked lean meat or 50 g of low-fat cheese)

throughout the day to drink 2 liters of water or unsweetened tea.

Two-week diet of models

Menu for the week:

Monday
• Breakfast: fruit yoghurt and soft-boiled egg and unsweetened drink
• Lunch: onion soup with rye crackers, water, and vegetable salad
• Snack: 250 ml of low-fat broth, herbal tea or natural juice (optional)
• Dinner: boiled meat (100 g), 50 g low-fat cheese, low-fat yogurt

Tuesday
• Breakfast: a couple of toasts of bran bread, large orange and unsweetened tea
• Dinner: shrimp (100 g) or cooked veal (100 g), low-fat yogurt
• Snack: 250 ml of natural juice, herbal tea or low-fat broth (optional)
• Dinner: boiled cauliflower (100 g) boiled in their skins potatoes (1 tuber), branny bread (1 slice), soy sauce, unsweetened tea

Environment
• Breakfast: a slice of lean ham, half a pack of low-fat cottage cheese and coffee or tea (the drink can be sweetened with sugar substitute)
• Lunch: boiled potatoes (1 tuber), cabbage (100 g) and 100 g of mushrooms and kiwi fruit
• Snack: 250 ml of natural juice, herbal tea or low-fat broth (optional)
• Dinner: fish stew (100 g)low-fat yogurt or kefir (250 ml)

Thursday
• Breakfast: 25 grams of cereal, a small banana, tomato juice, unsweetened coffee
• Lunch: fish fillet with onion (100 g), boiled egg
• Snack: 250 ml of natural juice, herbal tea or low-fat broth (optional)
• Dinner: stewed white beans with greens, vegetable salad with vegetable oil, boiled potatoes (1 tuber), toast and unsweetened tea.

Friday
• Breakfast: boiled egg, low-fat yogurt, unsweetened tea (you can add sugar substitute)
• Lunch: porridge of brown rice with soy sauce (100 g), salad of boiled beets with vegetable oil, tomato or other vegetable juice
• Snack: 250 ml of natural juice, herbal tea or low-fat broth (optional)
• Dinner: low-fat cottage cheese (100 g), low-fat cheese (50 g) warm low-fat milk

Saturday
• Breakfast: unsweetened corn flakes (25 g) with low-fat milk, plain yogurt, unsweetened coffee
• Lunch: mushrooms (100 g) porridge of brown rice (100g), cabbage salad and citrus juice.
• Snack: 250 ml of natural juice, herbal tea or low-fat broth (optional)
• Dinner: cabbage salad with parsley and olive oil, toast, kiwifruit (2 pieces), green tea

Sunday
• Breakfast: boiled egg, 100 g of low fat cheese, unsweetened drink
• Lunch: mushrooms (100 g) porridge of brown rice (100g), cabbage salad and citrus juice.
• Snack: 250 ml natural juice herbal tea or low-fat broth (optional)
• Dinner: crab sticks (50 g), stewed liver (150 g), low-fat warm milk

the Second week of the diet to models fully match the range of dishes.

Reviews and results

Judging by the reviews, both models provide diet quick weight loss, but the second is far preferable.
