Monday

• Breakfast: 150 g low-fat cottage cheese, some raisins, unsweetened drinks (tea, coffee)
• lunch: sweet and sour fruits (1-2 pieces)
• Lunch: vegetable broth, cooked lentils – 200 g, pickled cabbage
• Dinner: stewed eggplants (200-250 g), a slice of black bread, tea
• Before bedtime: a glass of fermented milk drink

Saturday
• Breakfast: sprouted beans, 200 ml of juice
• lunch: sour-sweet fruit
• Lunch: pea soup, vegetable salad (200-250 g), tea, and a slice of black bread

Contraindications
