What mono-diet?

mono-diet – the food plan which is based on only one product. There are different variations of this weight loss methods

1. One product used throughout the period of the diet (such a diet should not last long – the optimal duration – 3 days).

• Day # 9: 500 g low-fat cottage cheese and unsweetened liquid (sparkling water, herbal or green tea)
• Day # 10: porridge of brown rice without oil and salt, boiled in water, and unsweetened liquid (sparkling water, herbal or green tea)

Mono-diet — 10 days eating cereal

This option is based on the use of cereals. When cooking a main dish diet not use fat, milk, salt, spices. The portion of porridge is not limited in size. You can drink teas and water. Cereals is alternate – otherwise you will be difficult to withstand a diet to the end.
