Diet for 10 days


Diet for 10 days makes it possible to adjust the shape in advance of holidays or important events. Remember that any "fast" method of weight loss does not affect the basic fat accumulation and removes the volume mainly due to the interstitial fluid. We offer to your attention a couple of options for a ten-day diet.

The first version of the diet for 10 days

This meal plan allows you to compose a menu, but should be used only by those products that are allowed for consumption. For convenience, the hotel offers 2 list. One of them contains "binding" foods that you can eat every day for the rest of the diet. The second list includes additional components of the diet that can be included in each day's menu in its sole discretion. Any items that are not included in the list are under a complete ban.

List No. 1 (the staple diet):

• Boiled chicken meat without skin
• Mushrooms
• eggs
• Tomatoes
• Squash
• Any kind of cabbage
• Eggplant
• Cucumber
• Green apples
• milk
• Water
• Green tea

List No. 2 (the products supplementing the diet)

additional products include:
• Garlic
• Onions (any kind)
• Parsley and dill
• lemon Juice
• Natural honey – 1 teaspoon daily
• Branny or whole wheat bread, a thin slice
• Olive oil – 1 tbsp a day

the Weight of the daily portions of food – no more than 1.5 kg during the day it is recommended to eat 5-6 times. If you want out of the products you can cook (fry foods is not permissible to bake, cook for a couple, boil, simmer).

Sample menu (3 options)

Option # 1

• Breakfast: salad made of white cabbage, boiled mushrooms and eggs (weight of portions: 200 g), as well as Apple and 100 ml of low-fat yogurt
• Dinner: dish of steam chicken meat and mushrooms (200 g) and baked eggplant (100 g) and fresh cucumbers
• Dinner: roasted vegetables (zucchini, tomatoes), a slice of bran bread and mineral water

Option # 2

• Breakfast: cooked in a bag eggs, 100 g Apple puree and 200 ml of low-fat yogurt
• Lunch: boiled chicken, steamed vegetables (mushrooms, cabbage, zucchini) and a slice of whole-wheat bread
• Dinner: baked grilled eggplant (100 g), salad of tomatoes and cucumbers (200 g) and green tea

Option # 3

• Breakfast: scrambled eggs steam (200 g), the big Apple and 100 ml of low-fat yogurt
• Lunch: chicken stew with vegetables (eggplant, zucchini) 200 g, and a salad of fresh cucumbers and tomatoes (200 g)
• Dinner: Chinese cabbage salad with cucumber (200 g) and stewed mushrooms (100g) and green tea

The second option of the diet for 10 days

This option is a ten-day diet consists of a mono-diet. During all the 10 days you can drink non-carbonated water and unsweetened teas.

• Day # 1: eggs (boiled or scrambled)
• Day # 2: boiled or steamed fish fillet
• Day # 3: cottage cheese
• Day # 4: boiled chicken without skin
• Day # 5: potatoes boiled in their skins or baked in their skins
• Day # 6: boiled beef
• Day # 7: mixed vegetables (do not eat only potatoes)
• Day # 8: fruit (do not eat bananas and grapes)
• Day # 9: low-fat yogurt
• Day # 10: water and broth hips without sugar

If you wish, meat, fish, eggs, poultry and potatoes can be eaten with greens and cucumbers. Weight of servings is not strictly regulated, it is important to observe the boundaries of reason and not to overeat (to eat is 5-6 times a day in small portions). You need to drink before eating or 1 hour after it.


the Diet for 10 days, as already mentioned, does not guarantee the preservation of the achieved results: a stable weight loss contribute to long-term sparing diet, backed by regular exercise.
