Thursday
• Lunch: any fruit (one kind) before saturation
• Dinner: fried without fat, steamed or boiled meat, except lamb (slices of beef), and lettuce

Friday
• Lunch: a hard-boiled egg, and boiled vegetables
• Dinner: roasted without fat steamed or boiled fish fillet, lettuce and citrus (grapefruit or orange)

Saturday

Week No. 4

Products offered in the menu, you can allocate arbitrarily (but without addenda). The word "citrus fruit" means oranges or grapefruit.

Monday
• a Quarter of boiled chicken without skin (optional, toasted in a dry frying pan or cooked in water meat – 4 slices), cucumbers and tomatoes (4 and 3 units respectively), a jar of canned tuna, rinsed with water, or toast and citrus.

Tuesday
• Toasted on a dry pan or cooked in water meat – 200 g cucumbers and tomatoes (4 and 3 units respectively), toast and fruit (1 species, 1 PC.)

Environment
• low fat cottage cheese (white cheese) – 1 tbsp, boiled vegetables – small portion, cucumbers and tomatoes (2 PCs.), toast and citrus.

Thursday
• Half of a boiled chicken without skin, tomatoes and cucumbers (1 and 3 units respectively), toast and citrus.

Friday
• a hard-boiled Egg, lettuce, tomatoes – 3 PCs. and citrus

Saturday
• Boiled chicken without skin – 2 pieces, 125 g low-calorie cottage cheese, toast, tomatoes and cucumbers (2 PCs.), yogurt and citrus.

Sunday
• low fat cheese – 1 tbsp, tomatoes and cucumbers (2 PCs.)the jar of canned tuna, rinsed with water, a small portion of boiled vegetables, toast and citrus.
