Briefly about the benefits of the main products of the diet

• Grated grated fresh cucumbers – 1-2 pieces.

Option # 3 (cucumber-yogurt dinner)

• Cumin – 1 tsp
• mint Leaves – 30 g
• Turmeric – 1/2 tsp.

Wash the mint leaves and cucumber. A cucumber with the peel RUB on a small grater. Mint slice. Mix all ingredients, pour yogurt and beat well.


Diet with yogurt and cucumbers contraindicated in any problems with the gastrointestinal tract. Not worth it to use and in the presence of chronic diseases. Before the diet should consult a doctor.


Cucumber-kefir diet for weight loss is a hard enough way to get rid of excess weight. None of the diets, except for the last option, should not last long – this can lead to unpleasant consequences.
