it's No secret that low-calorie diet starts the process of burning excess fat. Other methods of weight-loss (sports, special procedures) only add and continue. There are techniques based on hard cuts calories, but there are others – while staying low in calories, they gently adjust the diet and do not harm health.

Low-calorie diet for a week

This option is a low calorie diet is designed for 7 days. The daily rate of calories is 1100-1200 kcal. The amount of fat is limited to 20% of the calories daily diet (for example: 60 g of nuts or 2 tbsp vegetable oil). Menu

Monday

• Lunch: boiled chicken breast – 100 grams portion of brown rice – 100 g, a large tomato and mineral water
• Snack: unsweetened yogurt 1,5% fat — 125 g and the fruit of the kiwi
• Dinner: salad of green vegetables and grain bread

Tuesday
• Breakfast: a serving of buckwheat – 100 g with the addition of 1 tbsp oil, and a Cup of organic coffee
• lunch: 150 g fat-free yogurt, large Apple and sparkling water
• Dinner: dish of vegetables and lean meat, as well as unsweetened tea
• Afternoon tea: a glass of juice and grain bread
• Dinner: fish cooked on the grill 150 g, lettuce with lemon juice and green tea without sugar

Environment
• Breakfast: egg, brewed in a bag, grains bread – 2 pieces, a Cup of organic coffee

Friday
• Breakfast: grain bread – 2 pieces, dried apricots – 60 g low-fat cheese – 30 g, and a Cup of organic coffee
• Second Breakfast: egg, brewed in a bag and vegetable juice
• Dinner: mushroom Solyanka and unsweetened green tea
• Snack: low fat cottage cheese – 150 g the big Apple and black tea without sugar
• Dinner: fish cooked on the grill 150 g, lettuce with lemon juice and green tea without sugar

Saturday
• Breakfast: a serving of buckwheat – 100 g with the addition of 1 tbsp oil, and a Cup of organic coffee
• lunch: salad with low-fat cheese, tomato and herbs
• Dinner: fish cooked on the grill 150 g, salad from green vegetables, boiled potato, unsweetened green tea
• Snack: large orange and unsweetened yogurt 1,5% fat — 125 g
• Dinner: boiled shrimp – 200 g lettuce and a still water

Sunday
• Breakfast: low fat cottage cheese – 200 g of any berries – 100 g and black tea without sugar
• Second Breakfast: yogurt – 200 g and grain bread – 2 PCs.
• Lunch: oven baked fish – 150 g, salad from green vegetables and still water
• afternoon Snack: egg, brewed in a bag, a large tomato, a green Apple and green tea without sugar
• Dinner: salad of cabbage, 100 g boiled veal and still water

note: low-calorie salads to make unrefined oil (you can add Apple cider vinegar or lemon juice). The amount of salt is limited to a minimum, sugar is eliminated entirely.
