Efficient diet for 3 days
do Not forget that "fast" methods are not useful for our body – they always take a piece of health. Therefore, to have recourse to an effective three day diet is no more often than every six months. During the diet is a mandatory condition of abundant water, including carbonated water and unsweetened herbal teas.

• Second Breakfast: a large Apple
• Lunch: broccoli, boiled, slice of lean ham, toast diet bread and salad of fresh carrots, seasoned with 1 tbsp of yogurt
• Dinner: a Cup of unsweetened tea and 2-3 pieces of prunes
the Third day
• Breakfast: a Cup of freshly brewed black coffee without adding milk and sugar (coffee can replace tea) and a thin slice of low-fat cheese and a few crackers
• Second Breakfast: grapefruit or small Apple green
• Dinner: boiled beets, a dish of fish and cauliflower, as well as grain loaf
• Dinner: salad of Apple, orange and kiwi (no dressing)and also unsweetened green tea
Option # 2 (diet for three days cabbage water)
This variant of the diet involves the same menu for all days. For dinner allowed to eat only unsalted cabbage broth prepared from 200 g of cabbage and 150 ml of water. Add any spices and seasonings you can not. In General, the menu looks like this:
• Breakfast: a drink made from 250 ml of warm water, lemon juice and 1 tbsp of honey

This diet is based on protein-rich foods.
• First day: chicken baked in the oven (the skin is impossible)
• Second day: 300 g grilled meat (portion should be divided in 3 parts)
• Third day: throughout the day you should drink unsweetened coffee and water
Option # 4 (strict protein diet for 3 days)
This diet also does not have a balanced diet. For 3 days should adhere to the same menu.
• Breakfast: egg, soft-boiled and unsweetened black tea
• Lunch and dinner (same menu): cheese with a minimum percentage of fat – 175 g unsweetened green tea

Effective diet for three days not only takes weight, but also imbalances in the metabolic processes. Use this meal plan only in the most extreme cases.
