This option is the egg diet for weight loss for 2-3 days. Weight loss – 0.6-1 kg per day. The menu includes the following food and beverages:
• Eggs, boiled (without salt) – 3 PCs.

• Water and unsweetened green tea

Egg diet for 2 weeks

Losing weight is 0.6-0.8 kg per day. Daily diet includes the following foods and beverages:
