This diet involves smaller meals in a day, take 5-6 meals. The first two days are devoted to protein-rich foods, the third day is based on carbohydrates, well, the last day of the cycle includes both a power element.

What explains the effectiveness of the diet?

the First two days of protein-carbohydrate diets actually deprive the body's main energy source – carbohydrates, and this leads to burning a certain amount of fat reserves. Day # 3

1. Portion of oatmeal, brewed with boiling water, and egg proteins – 3 PCs.
2. A serving of brown rice and half boiled chicken
3. Boiled pasta from durum wheat
4. A serving of brown rice and half boiled chicken
5. Serving of lean fish, cooked on the grill and toast of bran bread (not more than 3 pieces)

Day # 4

1. Portion of oatmeal, brewed with boiling water, and egg proteins – 3 PCs.
2. Protein shake skim milk, and toast of bran bread (not more than 3 pieces)
3. A serving of brown rice, half boiled chicken and salad greens
4. Serving of lean fish, grilled, toasted bran bread (not more than 3 pieces) and a salad of green vegetables
5. Protein shake low-fat milk
