Cherry diet for weight loss

18:00 – boiled chicken, assorted vegetables, green tea

4th day
9:00 – yogurt and berries 300 g
12:00 – soup with chicken, cherry compote
15:00 – 200 g of cherries
18:00 – fish with vegetables, salad, and green tea

5-day
9:00 – oatmeal on the water and 200 grams of berries, you can mash
12:00 – lean beef, baked with vegetables, cherry juice
15:00 – 300 g of cherries
18:00 – rice with vegetables and steamed fish.

the 6th day
9:00 – yogurt, 300 g of berries and two eggs, hard boiled
12:00 – boiled chicken, vegetable salad, compote of cherries
15:00 – 200 g of cherries
18:00 – fish soup, assorted vegetables (cucumber, tomato, sweet pepper)

7th day
9:00 – milk with a "0" % of fat, 200 grams of cherries
12:00 – vegetable stew, cherry compote
15:00 – yogurt and 300 g of cherry berries
18:00 – 200 g of boiled chicken breast and fresh vegetable salad

Fasting days on the cherries
