The main recommendations of the diet

During the diet is recommended to drink purified non-carbonated water (at least 2 liters). Supplement liquid diet can unsweetened tea or coffee as well as soda or diet sodas (no more than 2 bottles a day). The fats in salads and dishes cannot be used. With a strong sense of hunger is allowed to eat raw carrots, lettuce or cucumber (no earlier than a couple of hours after the main meal).
