Thursday

• Dinner: small portion of boiled brown rice with a slice of grilled lean meat and vegetable juice

Friday

• Second Breakfast: dried fruit or fresh fruit
• Lunch: canned beans – 100 g vegetable juice and a salad of pickled cabbage with vegetable oil
• Dinner: boiled beans – 100 g, tomato juice and vegetable salad with vegetable oil, and a couple of potatoes in their skins (small size)

Saturday
• Breakfast: a slice of dried black bread with a thin plate of low-fat cheese, and organic coffee without sugar
the Second Breakfast: 100 g low-fat sour cream (yogurt, cheese) or a glass of low-fat yogurt
• Lunch: 100 g low-fat cottage cheese, and a salad made of leafy vegetables with vegetable oil and vegetable juice
• Dinner: boiled (as an option — canned) beans – 150 g, fresh berries (fruits)

Sunday
• Breakfast: 100 g low-fat sour cream (yogurt or cheese) or a glass of low-fat yogurt
• Second Breakfast: dried fruit or fresh fruit
• Lunch: canned beans – 100 g vegetable juice and a salad of fresh cabbage with vegetable oil
• Dinner: thick vegetable soup, a serving of canned or boiled beans, and grapefruit (as an option – orange) juice

on any of the days before bed (with a strong sense of hunger), you can afford a glass of kefir (1 % fat).

Contraindications to bean diet
