• before bed: 200 ml of kefir

• lunch: mashed potatoes 100-150 ml of compote from dried fruits
• Lunch: thick vegetable soup, 100 g of stewed pumpkin and boiled chicken breast, and 150 ml of compote from dried fruits
• Snack: baked apples
• Dinner: 70 g of boiled fish fillet, mashed potatoes (or salad vegetables), 200 ml of green tea
• before bed: 200 ml of kefir
