Potassium is present in the cells of our body – in tandem with sodium it regulates water and acid-base balance and influences muscle function. Potassium regulates heart function, helps to maintain physical activity.

Menu No. 1

• the First Breakfast: baked in their skins potatoes (1-2 pieces) and 100-150 ml of tea with milk
• lunch: a serving of buckwheat or oatmeal, 100-150 ml of broth hips or compote
• lunch: a thick potato soup, 100 g of boiled chicken, vegetable salad and a banana
• Snack: 100-150 ml decoction of rose hips and soaked in water dried apricots (2-3 PCs)
• Dinner: 100-150 grams of mashed potatoes, vegetable salad, 100-150 ml of carrot-Apple or carrot juice
• Shortly before bedtime: 100-150 ml of broth hips or 100-200 ml of yogurt

• the First Breakfast: mashed potatoes or baked in their skins potatoes (1-2 pieces) and 100-150 ml of tea with milk
• lunch: 100-150 ml of citrus juice and a serving of buckwheat or oatmeal
• Lunch: precast vegetable soup, 100 g of boiled chicken fillet with squash or carrot puree and also the big Apple
• afternoon Snack: banana and 100-150 ml of infusion of rose hips
• Dinner: 200 grams of rice porridge with dried fruit, 100-150 ml of infusion of rose hips
• before bed: 200 ml of kefir

Menu No. 3

• the First Breakfast: buckwheat or oatmeal porridge with dried fruit, 200 ml of green tea
• lunch: mashed potatoes 100-150 ml of compote from dried fruits
• Lunch: thick vegetable soup, 100 g of stewed pumpkin and boiled chicken breast, and 150 ml of compote from dried fruits
• Snack: baked apples
• Dinner: 70 g of boiled fish fillet, mashed potatoes (or salad vegetables), 200 ml of green tea
• before bed: 200 ml of kefir
