The banana-milk diet

Kefir-banana diet

Throughout the day you can eat 6 bananas and drink 1.5 l of kefir. In the first case (hard version) the fat content of kefir will be 2.5% and in the second it should not exceed 0-1%. The first version of the diet provides a alternation of products, hours or a combination of them in the same meal (e.g. smoothie). Another option diet also allows you to combine products or to use them separately from each other (and the alternation can be carried out both by day and by hours).

There is another option diet – in this case, throughout the day you should eat 1-2 servings of unsalted porridge without butter 2-3 bananas, and drink 1 liter of kefir. This diet usually devote 5-10 days. In 10 days you can lose 4-5 kg.

Banana diet for 7 days

This diet is recommended to stick to 7 days. The menu each day consists of 1.3 kg of bananas – the fruit should be taken at intervals of 1.5-2 hours. Since the diet takes quite a long period of time, it is necessary to enrich the menu protein foods – it can be boiled eggs (1-2 pieces/day), or meat (fish) boiled (150-200 g per day).
