The main provisions of the diet Marlene Dietrich

This star diet lasts for 13 days. Painted diet for 7 days, the remaining 6 I repeat it from the beginning. • Lunch: Kale salad with added tomatoes and vegetable oil – 200 g, fruit (any one: apples, plums, orange, tangerine)
• Dinner: boiled beef (alternatively, chicken breast) – 200 g as well as boiled eggs – 2 PCs lettuce — 80 g

Day three
• Breakfast: organic coffee or tea without sugar and milk
• Lunch: boiled eggs — 1 slice low-fat cheese -100 g, and a salad made of boiled carrots, seasoned with vegetable oil and lemon juice – 200 g
• Dinner: any fruit or salad of them - 250 g

Day four
• Breakfast: unsweetened Apple juice
• Lunch: baked in foil, boiled or fried fish – 250 g, and also tomato and fresh or baked Apple
• Dinner: cutlet of beef or veal and lettuce with a dressing of vegetable oil and lemon juice – 150 g

Day five
• Breakfast: carrot or Apple-carrot juice
• Lunch: boiled chicken fillet – 200 g green salad, dressed with oil and lemon juice
• Dinner: boiled eggs – 2 pieces and a salad of fresh carrots, seasoned with vegetable oil and lemon juice

Day six
• Breakfast: a biscuit or slice of dried bread and unsweetened coffee without sugar and milk
• Dinner: boiled or fried in vegetable oil beef (beef) — 200 g, and a salad from fresh cabbage, seasoned with vegetable oil and lemon juice – 150 g
• Dinner: salad of fresh carrots with vegetable oil and lemon juice – 100 g, and low-fat cheese – 150 g

the seventh Day
• Breakfast: a biscuit or slice of dried bread and unsweetened coffee without sugar and milk
• Dinner: boiled chicken fillet – 200 g
• Dinner: fruit mix – 300 g low-fat yogurt
