• before sleep: freshly prepared juice of fruit

• the First Breakfast: a serving of millet porridge on milk with addition of dried fruits – 200 grams, coffee with milk
• lunch: mashed potatoes – 200 g, fresh juice of cabbage or carrots – 200 ml
• Lunch: soup of vegetables and oat groats, carrot cakes – 2 pieces, stewed fruit
• Snack: a decoction of rose hips – 100 ml
• Dinner: boiled fish 50 g, mashed potatoes – 200 g, tea with milk
• Shortly before bedtime: a freshly prepared fruit juice – 200ml

Ration No. 4

• the First Breakfast: a freshly prepared salad vegetables, a portion of buckwheat porridge with milk — 200 grams, coffee with milk
• Second Breakfast: dried apricots or raisins — 100 g, as well as cabbage or carrot juice – 100 ml
• Lunch: potato soup with vegetables – 400 ml, pilaf based on boiled meat and stewed fruit
• Snack: baked apples — 2-3 PCs.
• Dinner: boiled meat — 50 g, potato patties – 2 PCs., tea with milk
• Shortly before bedtime: a freshly prepared fruit juice – 100 ml
