• Dinner: salmon, grilled – 110 g and asparagus for a couple, and a slice of melon
• Before bedtime (2 hours): Apple or pear.

Day three
• upon waking: glass of warm water (half an hour before a meal)
• Breakfast: half a Cup of oats, soaked with boiling water and a quarter Cup of blueberries
• Lunch: sardines cooked in olive oil with added lemon juice and green salad a quarter of a Cup of blueberries and a slice of melon
• Dinner: salmon cooked on the grill – 110 g and asparagus for a couple, and a slice of melon or a juicy pear
• Before bedtime (2 hours): almonds – 3-4 pieces.

Please note – during the day should drink at least one and a half liters of water.

The diet of the diet for 28 days

Sample menu

• Breakfast: egg white omelet or fish cooked on the grill, as well as oatmeal (optionally in skim milk) and fruit salad.
• Lunch and dinner: fish of the salmon family (baked or grilled). It is not forbidden occasionally instead of fish to eat white meat poultry or seafood.
