MIX diet is a sequence of unloading days (depending on stage) on the carbohydrates of vegetable origin or proteins. This scheme provides high performance. Now let's find out the exact recommendations of this method of weight loss.

Stage 1 – unloading the fruit

This stage lasts for 4-7 days (the less plant foods in the diet, the more you should allocate time for unloading). To thoroughly clean the intestines have to take natural laxatives.

the basis of the diet are:
• fruits and Vegetables
• Any low fat milk beverage (300 ml in the evening with a strong feeling of hunger)

Vegetables and fruits should be eaten fresh, without mixing in one meal. Also highly desirable is not at the same time different varieties. Melons (melons, watermelons) you can only eat separately from any other food (a break shall be not less than 2 hours).

Sample menu for the day

1. Green apples
2. Banana
3. Salad of fresh vegetables, seasoned with a couple drops of vegetable oil
4. Any citrus (if no Allergy)
5. Carrots
6. Salad of fresh vegetables, seasoned with a couple drops of vegetable oil
7. Yogurt

Stage 2 – unloading on protein and carbs

Key recommendations:
• recommended diet can add fiber – 2-3 tbsp
• Number of products may increase or decrease within reasonable limits
• intolerance to dairy products is recommended to replace them with other protein foods (these can be eggs, fish, meat, vegetable varieties)
• the Ratio of protein /carbohydrates is in the range 3:7

the Duration of this stage should not exceed 5 days
1. Kefir – 1 liter, apples (or other fruit) – 1.5 kg
2. Kefir – 1 liter, low-fat cottage cheese – 300 g
3. Kefir – 1 l, egg – 2 PCs, lean meat, boiled – 200 g, milk – 200 ml
4. Kefir – 1 liter, low-fat cottage cheese – 200 g, any citrus fruit – 1 kg
5. Kefir – 1 l milk – 200 ml eggs – 2 pieces, lean meat boiled 200 g

Step 3 – the alternation of protein and carbohydrates

the Duration of this stage is 20 days.

Fasting days – the options menu

• cottage Cheese – 400 g butter – 600 ml
• sweet and Sour vegetables and fruit – 1.5 kg
• Fresh non-starchy vegetables – 1.5 kg
• Yogurt – 2 l
• Milk – 6 cups
• sour Cream – 300 g
• Apples, fresh – 1 kg baked apples – 0.5 kg
• Kefir – 1 l (during the day), tomato juice – 200 ml with a slice of black bread (evening)

Protein days

Option # 1
• Breakfast: a slice of black bread with 0.5 teaspoon of honey and 0.5 tbsp oil, and unsweetened tea
• Lunch: meat or fish broth – 200 ml with a slice of black bread, boiled meat or fish — 100 g (as a variant – egg) and 3 tbsp of green peas
• Afternoon tea: unsweetened green tea with 0.5 tsp of honey or low fat milk – 200 ml
• Dinner: boiled egg – 1 PC. (alternatively, omelet, cheese — 25 g or 100 g of boiled meat) and milk with a slice of black bread.

Option # 2
• Breakfast: yogurt – 200 ml
• Second Breakfast: yogurt – 200 ml
• Lunch: cottage cheese – 150 g, egg – 1 PC.
• Dinner: cottage cheese – 150 g yogurt – 200 ml

Option # 3
• throughout the day: cheese – 400 ml kefir – 1 l

Carbohydrate days

Option # 1
• Breakfast: Apple or orange
• Lunch: vegetable soup, salad and vegetable stew with a slice of black bread
• Dinner: vegetable salad (the fruit – 2 pieces or kefir – 200 ml)
• Dinner: vegetable salad with a slice of diet bread and unsweetened tea (you can with 0.5 teaspoon of natural honey)

Option # 2
• Breakfast: any fruit – 2 pieces.
• Lunch: vegetable buckwheat porridge with vegetable salad
• Snack: any fruit – 2 pieces or kefir – 200 ml
• Dinner: vegetable buckwheat

Option # 3
• Breakfast: any fruit – 2 pieces.
• Lunch: lean oatmeal
• Afternoon tea: any fruit – 2 pieces or kefir – 200 ml
• Dinner: vegetable salad with a slice of dried black bread

Option # 4
• throughout the day: vegetable porridge of brown rice or buckwheat (overnight soaked in water)

Option # 5
• throughout the day: dried fruits – 500 g unsweetened green tea

Out of the diet

After the diet you should go on a separate power supply. A large part of the diet should take plant foods (approximately 70 %).

Results

This diet provides weight loss in the range of 10 kg (result may vary either higher or lower – all depends on the initial weight).
