• Lunch: vegetable buckwheat porridge, vegetables or fruit fresh and unsweetened green tea
• Snack: low-fat cottage cheese (100 g)
• Dinner: salad of fresh carrots and Apple, and green tea

• Dinner: vegetable stew with beans (200 g) and unsweetened tea
• Snack: cereal
• Dinner: bananas (2 PCs) and Apple juice (250 ml)
