Monthly diet – this has been proven and certainly efficient way to get rid of excess weight. We want to offer you two options this technique of losing weight – each of these diets for only 4 weeks "melt" 10-15 kg of adipose tissue.

Option # 1

Menu No. 1 and menu No. 2 is alternate.

First week

Breakfast:
• Menu # 1: warm low-fat milk (250 ml) with 1 tsp of honey, and dried bagel
• Menu # 2: slice of bread with sprigs of parsley and savoury tea

brunch:
• Menu # 1: a couple of slices of black bread, smeared with a thin layer of oil, and lettuce and unsweetened tea
• Menu # 2: toasted bagel, radishes (10-12 pieces) and low-fat kefir (250 ml)

Lunch:
• Menu # 1: boiled potatoes (2-3 pieces), sprinkled with greens and boiled low-fat fish with horseradish, and lettuce leaves with lemon juice and unrefined olive oil
• Menu # 2: vegetable soup with the addition of green peas and a small piece of lean beef, boiled potatoes (2-3 pieces) and fruit salad with honey and lemon juice

Afternoon tea:
• Menu No. 1 tomato juice (250 ml) or tomatoes (2 PCs) and a cracker
• Menu No. 2: fruit juice or fruit with biscuit

Dinner:
• Menu # 1: nonfat yogurt (250 ml), a couple of slices of black bread with a thin layer of honey and sprigs of parsley
• Menu No. 2: honeyed warm milk, a couple of slices of white bread, oven dried and 1 tsp. honey

Second week

Breakfast:
• Menu # 1: fruit or vegetable juice (250 ml) and biscuit
• Menu # 2: a slice of black bread with 1 tsp of honey and unsweetened tea

brunch:
• Menu # 1: a couple of slices of black bread with a thin layer of oil and a little cheese and unsweetened tea
• Menu # 2: a couple of slices of black bread with meat, tomatoes (2 PCs.) and unsweetened tea

Lunch:
• Menu 1: patties of lean meat (2 pieces) and carrot salad and jelly
• Menu No. 2: soup with boiled egg, and boiled fish, mashed potatoes (2 tbsp) lettuce leaves

Afternoon tea:
• Menu # 1: fresh fruit and biscuit
• Menu # 2: low-fat yogurt and crackers

Dinner:
• Menu # 1: milk and black bread with sour jam
• Menu # 2: low-fat hard cheese (2 slices) and unsweetened tea

Third week

Breakfast:
• Menu # 1: slices of black bread with 1 tsp. honey
• Menu # 2: warm low fat milk with 1 tsp of honey and a crouton

brunch:
• Menu # 1: slices of black bread with a thin layer of oil, radishes, soft boiled egg and low-fat yogurt
• Menu # 2: a couple of slices of bread with lean ham, tomatoes (2 PCs.) and unsweetened tea

Lunch:
• Menu # 1: lean steak, cooked on a dry pan, and spinach with low-fat sour cream and any juice (250 ml)
• Menu # 2: vegetable rice porridge, stewed mushrooms, vegetable broth (250 ml) and baked apples (2 PCs.)

Afternoon tea:
• Menu # 1: fresh fruit and crackers
• Menu # 2: fresh fruit and biscuit

Dinner:
• Menu # 1: warm milk (250 ml), and low-fat cottage cheese and a stale bagel
• Menu # 2: slice of bread with cold lean veal, as well as tea and Apple

Fourth week

Breakfast:
• Menu # 1: toast with 1 tsp honey and tea
• Menu # 2: slices of black bread with a thin layer of oil and warm milk (250 ml)

brunch:
• Menu # 1: a couple of slices of bread with a thin layer of butter and a slice of low fat cheese, as well as tea and apples (2 PCs)
• Menu No. 2: stale bagel with a thin layer of oil and soft-boiled eggs (2 PCs), tea and Apple

Lunch:
• Menu # 1: chicken with vegetables, mashed potatoes (2 tbsp), and green salad and jelly
• Menu # 2: low-fat beef broth (250 ml) beans with tomato sauce and boiled potatoes (2 PCs.) with dill and green Apple

Afternoon tea:
• Menu # 1: vegetable juice and a biscuit
• Menu # 2: organic coffee and toast

Dinner:
• Menu # 1: nonfat yogurt (250 ml) and a stale bagel
• Menu # 2: a couple of slices of bread with pate and radish and tea

Option # 2

during the diet ban shall be the following products:
• Alcohol
• Chocolate
• Sugar
• Flour
• Mayonnaise

This

diet for a month

allows to get rid of extra pounds, and also improve the body (after a diet improves skin, normalizes blood pressure). The amount of food limits are imposed, however, is to use only a certain list of products. We offer you a list of them for each of the stages.

Stage 1 (duration 5 days)

• Beans, peas, corn, potatoes
• Semolina, lentils, rice, millet, oats, barley, buckwheat,
• Tomato juice, boiled water
• Peanuts, sunflower seeds, cedar nuts, hazelnut
• Coconut
• Any refined vegetable oil

Stage 2 (duration 5 days)

• Tomatoes, radishes, peppers, beets, cabbage, cucumbers, garlic, onions, radishes, greens, zucchini, pumpkin
• bottled water
• Any refined vegetable oil

Stage 3 (duration 5 days)

• Bananas, plum, cherries, kiwi, grapes, pear, peach, apricots, feijoa, apples, cherries, mulberries
• Fruit juice, mineral or boiled water.

Stage 4 (duration 3 days)

• Dried bananas, figs, apricots, raisins, dates
• mineral or boiled water.

Stage 5 (duration — 3 days)

• Thick orange-yellow crystallized honey
• bottled water

Stage 6

• 3 days — repeat of step # 4
• day 3 — repeat of step # 3
• day 3 — repeat of step # 2
• day 3 — repeat of step # 1

consolidation of the results – throughout the month, you can use any products, but once a week will have to arrange unloading on the water (24-36 hours).
