Briefly about the benefits of fasting day on oatmeal

Option # 2 (oatmeal and fruit)

Cook the oatmeal in the same way as in embodiment 1, but also add slices of fresh fruit with a low glycemic index (up to 300 g per day) or the steamed pieces dried fruits (100 g per day). Can eat fruits (dried fruits) separately of the cereal. The rate of fluid remains the same, the norm of porridge is reduced to 3 servings.

Option # 3 (oatmeal and veggies)
