Liv Tyler Diet and rejuvenates the body, since it actively removes toxins and waste products. The duration of the diet — no more than 9 days. The optimal period of use is 3 days.
• the Main principle of the diet is whole grains, vegetables, fruits and drink plenty of mineral water.
• Wheat, meat, fish, dairy products, caffeine, alcohol should not be consumed.
• Quantity of food is not limited, but overeating is not recommended.

Sample menu for 1 day
Breakfast. Fresh juice made from carrot, Apple and celery; pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
