Day 2
Breakfast: diet bread, tea (white, green, herbal), large orange
Lunch: a soft-boiled egg, an orange, 200 ml low-fat drinking yoghurt, rye crackers
Evening meal: boiled beef — 150 g, orange, tomato, rye croutons, 200 ml low-fat yogurt

Day # 3
Breakfast: rye toast, tea (white, green, herbal) or coffee, large orange
Lunch: 500 ml low-fat yogurt, orange, soft-boiled egg, grain bread
Evening meal: beef steak — 150 g, a small orange, 200 ml drinking yogurt, grain bread

Day 4
Breakfast: grain bread, tea (white, green, herbal), large orange
Lunch: low fat cottage cheese — 150 g fresh vegetables (cucumber and tomato), side of rye toast
Evening meal: boiled beef — 150 g, Apple, tomatoes – 2 PCs. and rye crackers

Day 5
Breakfast: bread, tea (white, green, herbal), large orange
Dinner: steam or boiled fish, 200 g, 500 ml of yogurt, fresh vegetables (tomato and 2 lettuce leaves)
Evening meal: soft-boiled egg, fresh vegetables (tomato and 2 lettuce leaves)

In the following days calorie should gradually raise (approximately 200 kcal per day, to achieve the optimum level).

Orange diet for a week

the Orange diet designed for 7 days, allows you to lose weight by 5-6 kg.

  • Monday: unsweetened tea, water, orange, tomatoes – 2 PCs, kefir – 500 ml, 30 g rye bread and a bunch of any greens
  • Tuesday: water without gas, unsweetened tea, oranges, tomatoes – 2 PCs, kefir – 500 ml, 30 g rye bread, bunch of any greens and 2 boiled eggs
  • Wednesday and Thursday: water without gas, unsweetened tea, oranges, tomatoes – 2 PCs, kefir – 500 ml, 30 g of rye bread, a bunch of any greenery and 150 g of boiled beef
  • Friday and Saturday: water without gas, unsweetened tea, oranges, tomatoes – 2 PCs, kefir – 500 ml, 30 g rye bread, bunch of any greenery and 150 g low-fat cottage cheese
  • Sunday: unsweetened tea, water, orange, tomatoes – 2 PCs, kefir – 500 ml, 30 g of rye bread, a bunch of any greenery and 150 g of boiled fish
  • Contraindications for orange diet

    the above options orange diet is contraindicated in acute diseases of the liver and gastrointestinal tract, and in the case of individual intolerance of the main product (orange – strong allergen). Oranges should not eat on an empty stomach.
