the days, designed for 9 days, can lose 4-7 kg weight loss (with a large excess weight will take about 7-9 kg). The diet consists of 3 mono-diet, each of which takes 3 days. Alternation of products, belonging to different groups, as well as the consumption of large amounts of fluid – that's the secret of success of this method of weight loss. Fat tissue is burnt and the products of decomposition are excreted from the body. Thanks to the diet the body is cleansed, immune system is strengthened, the digestive system rests and restores its functions.
Diet diet
the staple diet is rice, chicken and vegetables. Liquid diet is represented by water and unsweetened teas.
Stage 1 (days No. 1...No. 3)
during this period you're supposed to eat rice porridge, drink water and green tea. In the evening rinse the rice (1 tbsp.) and pour cold water. In the morning drain the liquid, cereals pour boiling water and cook until done (takes 15 minutes). Salt and oil cannot be added. The resulting porridge divide into equal portions and eat at intervals of 2-2.5 hours (last meal at 19.00, not too late). Between meals drink green tea.
Rice contains mucous substances, enveloping the stomach wall, thereby effectively suppresses hunger. Days devoted to rice provide the body with lecithin, minerals (potassium, selenium), vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B6, PP, E). A set of useful features helps strengthen the nervous system, has a positive effect on energy metabolism, as well as on the skin, hair, nails.
Stage 2 (days №4...№6)
These 3 days dedicated to chicken meat, water, herbal teas without sugar. Daily rate of meat 1-1.2 kg (boiled without skin). It should be distributed to 5-6 servings (dark and white meat mix).
the Goal of this step is to fill the deficiency of useful elements. This product is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins and minerals (in this category the first positions are occupied by iron, zinc, potassium, phosphorus). Protein found in chicken, is easy to digest. Menu these days has a positive effect on muscle tissue, brain activity, bone.
Stage 3 (days No. 7...No. 9)
For 3 days you have to eat only vegetables (daily rate – 800 g). To eat them, divided into approximately equal portions. The last meal should be finished before 19.00. Vegetables are filled with fiber, thanks to which improves intestinal peristalsis (and after protein days this is vital because the prevalence of protein can lead to constipation). Vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals, organic acids. In addition, they bring a minimal amount of calories. Studies show that a vegetable diet is metabolism (approximately 20 %), eliminates the excess cholesterol, normalizes digestion, improves liver function, has a beneficial effect on intestinal microflora, strengthens the immune system.
Additional recommendations
For each day of the diet relies drink at 2-2.5 litres of liquid. It is impossible to wash down a meal – after the meal should take about an hour (you can also drink water just before eating). The main amount of liquid should be used to 17.00 (this mode will protect against swelling). The sugar in the tea cannot be added. Eat should be very small portions. Any seasoning for the period of the diet are excluded. Queen Margaret recommends to combine diet with water treatments, sports and massages.
Contraindications
This diet is contraindicated in the period of pronounced weakening of the immune system (after a severe illness, injury, surgery). It cannot be used in peptic ulcer disease, and in diseases of the kidneys and the cardiovascular system.
Reviews
days 9 days – heavy enough technique to survive which under force not to everyone. Unsalted foods seem tasteless. The rice and meat to eat "dry" is problematic. Diet carries a weighty excess weight – here, perhaps, and all its advantages.
