a Quick getting rid of excess weight – extra "action". In our article Express diet for 3 days is presented in several variants. Remember that often experiments with the organism can lead to disastrous consequences.

Option # 1 (fasting days)

This rapid diet designed for 3 days consists of unloading days. It allows you to lose 2-3 kg.

• Day # 1 (vegetable unloading). Diet for the day (the interval between meals – 2 hours): vegetable juice – 2 tbsp., fresh or steamed non-starchy vegetables (1 kg), green tea without sugar.
• Day # 2 (to remove water). Throughout the day: 3-4 liters of water (the interval between drinking – 30-40 minutes).
• Day # 3 (protein unloading). 200 g low-fat cottage cheese and 1.5 liters of yogurt (divide into 5 portions).

Option # 2 (protein-carbohydrate)diet

Day # 1
• Breakfast: small banana, 200 ml drinking yogurt low-fat, toast of bran bread, a Cup of green coffee (you can replace it with herbal tea)
• Lunch: boiled white beans (100 g) soft-boiled egg, tea
• Dinner: 100 g spaghetti, 100 g of boiled shrimp, lettuce, broth hips

Day # 2
• Breakfast: 200 ml milk small sweet and sour Apple, toast of bran bread, green tea
• Lunch: 200 g low-fat cottage cheese, fresh tomato, tea
• Dinner: steamed veggies or stew, boiled chicken fillet – 50 g, water with lemon juice

Day # 3
• Breakfast: soft-boiled egg, green coffee, the toast of bran bread
• Lunch: 200 g low-fat cottage cheese, fresh tomatoes 50 g of boiled chicken
• Dinner: vegetable stew (carrots, beans, zucchini, tomato) mineral water

Option # 3 (diet of the bride)

This diet allows you to correct shape before the wedding or before other special event. The menu is just perfect for rapid weight loss.

Day # 1
• Before Breakfast: 500 ml water
• Breakfast: cocoa (1 tsp. powder, 1 tsp. honey, 200 ml of skim milk)
• Lunch: salad (fresh vegetables – 300 g vegetable oil – 1/2 tbsp), and 200 g fish or chicken fillet, boiled
• Afternoon tea: 1 tbsp. drinking yoghurt minimum fat content
• Dinner: vegetable broth (unsalted)
• Before sleep: 1 glass of kefir minimal-fat

Day # 2
• Before Breakfast: 500 ml water
• Breakfast: fresh juice from citrus fruit
• Lunch: broth of vegetables (unsalted)
• Afternoon tea: 1 tbsp. drinking yogurt and 1 tsp. honey
• Dinner: salad (fresh vegetables – 300 g vegetable oil – 1/2 tbsp)and 200 g fish or chicken boiled.

Day # 3
• Before lunch: water
• Lunch: about 500 g low-fat cottage cheese and 1 tsp. honey
• Afternoon tea: 1 tbsp. of kefir minimal-fat
• Dinner: combined vegetable salad or boiled chicken (the latter is not more than 200 g)

Option # 4 (low calorie diet)

• Day # 1 (protein menu for 900 kcal): 400 g fat-free cottage cheese, 600 ml low-fat yogurt (drinking yogurt), 2 liters of water
• Day # 2 (carbohydrate menu for 800 calories): 700 g of vegetables and fruit, 2 liters of water
• Day # 3 (protein-carbohydrate menu at 700-800 kcal): 2 liters of water, eggs boiled, and grapefruit (4 piece) – products should be alternated with an interval of 1 hour.

Additional recommendations

Any fast diet is a serious stress to the body. On this basis, it is not necessary to use such a method of correction more often than 1 time in 2-3 months. In order not to lose the achieved results, it is recommended that after completing the diet to observe basic rules of good nutrition: excludes fatty and fried food, not fond of sweets, pickles, smoked meat. It is important to eat 5-6 times a day (gradually). Not to eat shortly before bedtime.


Any Express diet suitable only to healthy people. Categorical contraindications: gastrointestinal pathology, cardiovascular system, kidneys, liver (in this case, you want health food).


As practice shows, any Express diet for 3 days can cause several unpleasant symptoms, such as dizziness, fatigue, bad mood. The effectiveness of these methods depends on the individual characteristics of the organism losing weight – someone dumping 3-4 kg, and someone manages to lose weight only 1 kg.
