the Second Breakfast: 1 glass of water, and after 20 minutes – nectarine
Lunch: 1 Cup water, and after 20 minutes, 150 g of boiled fish, salad of green vegetables, toast
Afternoon tea: 1 Cup water, and after 20 minutes, the Apple
Dinner: 1 Cup water, and after 20 minutes, boiled eggs, cabbage salad, toast, a slice of low-fat cheese
Before going to bed: 1 Cup water with 1 tsp. honey

Day # 3
Morning: 1 glass of water with lemon juice
Breakfast (20 minutes): 2 rye toast, leaf lettuce, 150 g boiled chicken breast
lunch: 1 tbsp. of water and 20 minutes later – plum
Lunch: 1 Cup water, and after 20 minutes, 250 ml of vegetable soup, 100 g of boiled meat, toast
Afternoon tea: 1 Cup water, and after 20 minutes – pear
Dinner: 1 Cup water, and after 20 minutes, steamed vegetables and steam fish cakes (2 PCs)
Before sleep: 1 Cup water with 1 tsp. honey

Contraindications

Water diet should not be followed when diseases of the gallbladder and presence of stones in the kidneys, as well as diabetes and heart ailments.
